2016 was a very productive year for the Linda Lom Team. As a team, we closed over $15 million in sales volume, added critical administration support, expanded our marketing programs, and perfected systems to deliver world class service to our clients. As we cross the midway point of 2017, we have a continuing steady stream of incoming opportunities, more than we can currently handle.

Your Role

The Linda Lom Team is looking for talented new team members. You'll need to be self-motivated, good at follow through, and most importantly, love to work with people. Our leadership has more than a combined 55 years of experience, so you'll get a thorough coaching in real estate success.

  • Linda Lom Team Buyer Specialist: Taking applications now
    Commission paid per closing | License required | Membership in the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors required.  Convert ample online and direct referral leads to clients. Show homes, write and negotiate offers. Participate in team meetings and events. Engage in your local community. Exhibit integrity in your actions. Full administration support enables you to do what you do best: work directly with buyers to help them locate and secure their dream homes!
  • Linda Lom Team Transaction Coordinator: Available First Quarter 2018
    License required | Part-time growing to full-time | Membership in the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors required. Contract-to-close transaction coordination. Must be organized, thorough, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication skills are a must.
  • Inside Sales Agent: Available First Quarter 2018
    Part-time growing to full-time. We're looking for a talented sales representative to play a big role in our growth. Our sales team is bursting with good leads. We have a targeted list of interested leads for you to follow up with. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments for agents, closing sales, making many calls per day and communicating efficiently with the rest of the sales team.
