My team is on YOUR side!

Linda Lombardini
Linda, the cornerstone of the LindaLom Group, is the founder of Trillium Real Estate along with her partner, Sandi Smith. Highly experienced, having started as an agent in 1991, Linda now serves as President-Elect of the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors® and will be president in 2012. She's earned her GRI and ABR designations and trains agents to be buyer's representatives. Before life in real estate, Linda graduated from Michigan State University and worked in the food industry managing restaurants and the Ann Arbor City Club as she raised her son, Jason Frenzel. Green and white to the core, Linda of course brought up Jason to be a Spartan, too. For fun, she plays softball, runs, reads, and watches NCIS, Criminal Minds, and way too much of the Food Channel.

Sandi Smith, Broker

Sandi Smith
Sandi, president and broker of Trillium Real Estate, first became a Realtor® when she was still a student at the University of Michigan. She bought a FSBO—a home for sale by owner—and and when the buying transaction was less than optimum, she realized what value a professional would have lent to the process. She and Linda founded Trillium Real Estate on the belief that their company could help people make good real estate decisions.

Andrea Deranian

Andrea Deranian
Andrea has been buying and selling houses for the past 20 years. It's just that they so happened to be for herself! She has always had a love of houses and thought it was about time to take that base of knowledge and help others who want to have a home of their own. She took classes and became licensed so that she could work with the wonderful people at Trillium Real Estate. Andrea has also had a long career in the field of deafness. She has been a sign language interpreter for more than 25 years and very much enjoys working in that community. She is looking forward to a long and exciting career with the LindaLom group!

Chrissie George, Realtor

Chrissie George
Chrissie is Trillium's GenX Realtor®. The former assistant coach of the U-M varsity women's golf team, she brings a vivacity and vigorous dedication to the LindaLom Group. She was inspired to become a Realtor® after watching Linda negotiate the buying process when Chrissie and her partner bought a home through Trillium. She joins Andrea in the LindaLom Group as a Buyer's Agent.

Paula Marie Wiggins, Realtor

Paula Marie Wiggins
A former sales and marketing manager for General Motors, Paula is Trillium's Property Manager. She comes to the LindaLom group armed with years of experience in leasing and property management.

Sally Day

Sally Day
Client care manager for the LindaLom Group, Sally was assistant editor of the Ann Arbor Observer, owned her own ad agency, managed EMU’s Faculty Center, and spent many years as a journalist before she came to Trillium Real Estate. A native Detroiter, she is mom of one grown son, Alex, and one teenager, Liam, and mom-in-law to Alex’s beautiful wife, Rachel. Sally is also a graphic and fine artist as well as Trillium's webmaster.

Real Estate Tips
Animal House >Houses and Pets

Many real estate agents are animal lovers and have pets of our own, but we have all shared stories of having our fingers or ankles nipped by furry creatures during a showing. We have opened the front door to the home we are showing only to have a purebred Persian kitten scoot toward the nearest busy street.

If you have pets and are going to put your house on the market, be sure to work out the showing arrangements carefully. It is important for us to be able to communicate to our colleagues what to expect when they pass through your front door. It is rare for pets to pose significant problems, but big dogs can be menacing. Buyers or agents may be allergic or even a little phobic about dogs or cats.

It is difficult to get a buyer excited about your home if he or she is sneezing continuously or unwilling to cross the threshold because your dog is barking away intruders. If your agent knows there might be a problem, they can arrange ahead of time for you to walk the dog, vacuum the cat dander or do whatever is necessary to make sure that the showing goes smoothly.
